Pre-Requisites
So i will just run through this simplicity on installing from Zip and Repo to add 3rd party Add-ons. Its the same principle of Kodi 16 just things have changed round a little. And as my Zip files are in my Download folder thats where i am going to navigate to. For this purpose i am going to use DandyMedia Repo.

We are assuming you are on Kodi 17.x Krypton or higher. Also make sure to install f4mtester.
Step 1 – Enable Notifications & Unknown Sources

From your Kodi home screen head over to Settings -> System Settings -> Addons and enable Show Notifications.
Next, Enable Unknown Sources. Click Yes when prompted.
Step 2- Download Deccan Delight Kodi Addon Repository Zip

Download Deccan Delight repository zip by clicking the link below. Amazon Fire TV Stick and Box users can use the Downloader app (please note url is case sensitive) and zip file will be downloaded in folder called Downloader.

Step 3 – Install Deccan Delight Repository Zip

Go back to Kodi main menu, click on Addons and then click the Addons Browser (top left of screen) icon marked below.
On the next screen click on Install from Zip File, and in the popup window navigate to folder where file in Step 2 was downloaded (Amazon Fire TV Stick or Box users will have to go to Downloader folder) then select the zip file named repository.gujal-1.4.zip.
Wait till you get a notification on top right of screen which says Gujal Repository Addon Installed.
Step 4 – Install Deccan Delight Kodi Addon from Repository

Click on Install from Repository -> Gujal Addon Repository -> Video Addons. On the next screen select Deccan Delight and click on Install. If a pop up window shows up select the one from Gujal Addon Repository.
Wait for the download to complete, and once Deccan Delight is installed you will get a message saying Deccan Delight Installed on top right.
That’s it folks. Now you can enjoy Deccan Delight from Addon -> Video Addons section of Kodi home screen.
